Create high quality outcomes
- You will apply a wide variety of Reliability techniques to a diverse range of industries and effectively manage a project from beginning to end to meet customer expectations . You will be responsible for identifying ,leading and executing activities aimed at reducing the cost of failure caused by non productive time and premature product failures
As a Reliability Engineer -, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance to manage the job cycle (MTJC) process
- Participating in incident investigation ensuring end to end process in job planning and execution is considered to determine the root cause
- Preventing failures in life cycle incidents management of a product or service through active monitoring and corrective planning actions
- Executing the key steps in outlined in the Field incident management process(FIMP)
- Collaborating across reliability engineering community to facilitate knowledge transfer
- Identifying and reporting performance trends
- Supporting new product development in all aspects relevant to reliability engineering, through direct liaison with engineering and the deploying region
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have BSc. or MSc. from an accredited university or college, preferably in Engineering.
- Have 4 years experience in a maintenance/reliability role gained in mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities or manufacturing.
- Have working knowledge of Isograph Software range, OnePm or ASM.
- Have experience in managing projects and able to demonstrate skills in all project elements including timelines, deliverables and budgets.
- Have a deep understanding of Six Sigma methodologies across the organization through training, coaching and mentoring
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams along with coordinating several projects simultaneously.
