Relationship Officer needed at a Well Established Financial Institution

A well established financial institution is recruiting to fill the position below

Location : Lekki phase 1, Lagos
Job responsibilities:

• Management and collection of client’s information and analyzing their needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Attending ti incoming and outgoing calls effectively and efficiently, and call directory to various departments when necessary
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with clients
• Brief and explain the products and services the company offers to walk in clients
• Oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mails
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• A good 1st degree in finance , economics , statistics , social sciences or any related field
• Minimum of 3years operational experience in any commercial bank or financial institution with focus of client relationship.
• Proximity to the island is a plus .
