Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys using both traditional methods and drone technology.
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to create maps, plans, and reports.
- Operate drones to capture aerial data for topographic surveys, volumetric analysis, and 3D modeling.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure all surveys comply with legal standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers on land development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Registered as a licensed Surveyor.
- 5 – 8 years of Relevant Experience.
- Proficient in using drone technology for surveying (experience with UAVs).
- Knowledge of GIS, AutoCAD, and other mapping software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
