Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct land surveys using both traditional methods and drone technology.
  • Analyze and interpret geospatial data to create maps, plans, and reports.
  • Operate drones to capture aerial data for topographic surveys, volumetric analysis, and 3D modeling.
  • Verify data accuracy and ensure all surveys comply with legal standards and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers on land development projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
  • Registered as a licensed Surveyor.
  • 5 – 8 years of Relevant Experience.
  • Proficient in using drone technology for surveying (experience with UAVs).
  • Knowledge of GIS, AutoCAD, and other mapping software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
