Responsibilities

  • Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
  • Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities promotion and growth
  • Mobilise deposits through the sales of wide range ofProduct Offerings such as Commercial Papers, Bonds, Bond Fund, Money Market Fund,Nominated Funds and OtherInvestment products.
  • Advises clients on the best investment opportunities and strategies for their lifestyle.
  • Delivers presentations on client portfolios and recent market trends.
  • Working with the management to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
  • Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets.
  • Training and mentoring to other members of the team.
  • Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors.
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
  • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
  • Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.

Minimum Education / Experience Required

  • First Degree in any of the disciplines such as (Economics / Marketing / Banking & Finance / Business Administration). A post graduate degree will be an added an advantage.
  • A minimum of 8 years banking experience in a Relationship Management role.
  • Strong grasp of Excel demonstrated by ability to build, monitor, review and update complex and analyses.
  • Ability to evolve appropriate business strategy and operations, processes and key drivers to drive profitability and ROI.
  • Ability to demonstrate high degree of numerical, verbal and analytical competence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with a mastery in written communication and presentations.
  • Ability to multi task and work closely with individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds.
  • Personable team player, with the ability to gain confidence and trust of colleagues.
