Recovery Officer needed at White Crust Limited

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recovery Officer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recovery of outstanding debts from customers, clients, and suppliers.
• The Recovery Officer will work closely with the accounts department and other relevant teams to ensure the timely recovery of debts and maintain a healthy cash flow for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and monitor the company’s debt recovery processes and procedures.
• Liaise with customers, clients, and suppliers to negotiate and agree on payment terms and plans.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding outstanding debts and provide prompt solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the accounts department and other relevant teams to ensure the timely collection of debts.
• Conduct regular analysis and reporting of debt recovery performance to management.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce the number of overdue accounts and minimize the risk of bad debts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all debt recovery activities and communications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution or collections agency.
• Proven experience in debt recovery and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and debt recovery software.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
