  • Assisting clients and visitors with inquiries, providing relevant and accurate information about our services and operations.
  • Coordinating front-desk activities, such as scheduling appointments and preparing meeting rooms, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Offering administrative support to colleagues as needed, demonstrating versatility and teamwork.
  • Executing ad-hoc administrative tasks promptly and effectively to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or equivalent.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role, highlighting your ability to provide exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency in managing tasks.
