Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the sales activities of the company.
- Independently generate sales leads for the company and also ensure target delivery.
- Monitoring team sales performance.
- Leads the sales team to maximize performance.
- Develops and executes marketing plans.
- Ensure operational excellence and integrity of the company.
- Develop action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service.
- Oversees sales leads.
- Keeps informed with the latest trends and demands in the real estate market as well on the latest information regarding property tax, financing, and legal requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE, ND, OND, HND, B.Sc Degree
- Must have a minimum of 1 year in real estate company or any related organization.
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Will be in charge of the Operations and Marketing of the company.
- The candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
- Must be residing in Lagos or Ogun State
