Role and Responsibilities:

• Managing Raw Materials Store
• Generating materials requisitions
• Receiving Raw Materials
• Storage of raw materials in good condition.
• Demarcation of stores as per 5S requirements.
• Ensuring good stock rotation.
• Maintenance of ingredient store at the correct temperature.
• Stocktaking did as per procedure
• Monitor and control production materials:
• Interpret the production plan
• Attend morning production meetings.
• Issue production materials to the line to meet the production plan.
• Receipt of left-over materials after a production run.
• Materials properly stored for future use.
• Complete administration of production materials stocks.
• Out-of Specification materials identified, supplier notified, and materials returned to supplier.
• Ensure a safe healthy and risk-free working environment.
• Good housekeeping standards are always adhered to.
• Apply OHS procedures Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and risk-free standards Work in Teams Communicate effectively in teams
