Quality Assurance Specialist needed at Katchey Company Limited Online Shop

• We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 and 15189 standards.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Industrial Chemistry and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System
• Coordinate and supervise quality activities in the laboratory
• Monitor compliance with quality policies and procedures
• Identify and address deviations from the management system
• Develop and implement corrective action plans
• Lead internal audits and develop quality training plans
• Review management procedures, technical procedures, and work instructions
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure awareness of quality policies and objectives

Requirements:

• Graduate in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Industrial Chemistry with a minimum grade of 2:1
• Minimum of 2-4 years of cognate work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist
• Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 and 15189 standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
