Job Description

  • The Project Manager will lead and coordinate our project from inception to launch.

Role Overview

  • As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our mental health platform’s initial stage.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and early growth of our platform.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, therapists, content creators, and marketing experts.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Team Coordination:

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, and monitor progress.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.

Budget Management:

  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align project goals with the company’s strategic objectives.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality control processes to ensure the platform meets performance and usability standards.
  • Conduct testing and validation to address any issues.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and progress reports.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, achievements, and challenges.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3 – 10 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of mental health industry trends and regulations is a plus.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is desirable.
