Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves a significant focus on managing, enumerating, monitoring, and tracking services and cost recovery for our commercial and industrial clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management and exceptional skills in data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans for managing services for commercial and industrial clientele.
- Enumerate and monitor service delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Track and analyze cost recovery, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, manage, and motivate project teams to achieve set objectives and deliverables.
- Utilize data mining techniques to gather relevant project data.
- Proficient in using Excel, Power BI, and other data management tools to create insightful reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Regularly report on project status to senior management.
Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the recycling or environmental services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong proficiency in data mining, Excel, Power BI, and other relevant data management tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Salary
N500,000 / month.
