RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure inverters according to manufacturer instructions and customer specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance on inverters to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with inverters, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as capacitors, diodes, and transformers.
- Test and verify the proper operation of inverters after installation, maintenance, or repair.
- Document work performed, including parts used, time spent, and any relevant information needed for future reference.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding the use and maintenance of inverters.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in inverter technology.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- OND/High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical or electronics preferred.
- Proven experience as an inverter technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of inverter systems and related equipment, including wiring, circuitry, and power electronics.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and focus.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements to optimize project efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that guide the team to success.
- Team Coordination: Assemble and coordinate project staff, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate project resources wisely, optimizing productivity.
- Plan and schedule project timelines to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Provide direction and support to the project team, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals.
- Maintain high project quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously monitor and report on the project’s progress to all stakeholders, keeping everyone informed.
- Address project challenges and implement necessary changes and interventions to achieve desired outputs.
- Conduct project evaluations and assess results to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Possess a professional qualification in Project Management or equivalent, such as PMP and Prince 2.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in the ICT sector.
