As a Project Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the project management team and gain hands-on experience in managing projects from initiation to completion. You will support the team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, as well as assisting in project documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Collaborate with team members to define project deliverables and timelines.
• Support project managers in executing project tasks and activities.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and tracking key performance indicators.
• Identify and address project issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Prepare project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations.
• Assist in preparing project reports for stakeholders and management.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree program in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools is a plus.
