Job Summary
- The project interface will be company interface between Client, he will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all project milestones are met. This role is essential for maintaining organization, efficiency, and clear communication across all aspects of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers
Requirements
- As a minimum he shall have 10 years’ experience in related roles, with a focus on Construction engineering and project management in the oil and gas industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate reports for Client and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
- A degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in Project Management field is required (e.g. Prince 2, PMI, etc.)
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
