Job Summary:
- The Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee the successful relocation of our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the office relocation, ensuring smooth coordination and minimal disruption.
- Conduct cost estimation and budgeting to ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards during the move.
- Assess the quality of the new office space, ensuring it matches or surpasses the current standards.
- Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and contracts.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and address any issues that arise during the transition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, particularly office relocations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and landlords to achieve favorable terms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges that may arise during the relocation process.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives.
- Basic understanding of office layout, design, and equipment installation.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
