RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
• Prepare and cook all the menu items.
• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Overseeing all kitchen operations.
• Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders for restocking.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
• Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.SC/HND in culinary school or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience working as a chef.
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and kitchen processes
• Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
