Responsibilities
- Must have experience in food production
- Carry out effective supervision of all production processes in line with cGMP or standard requirements.
- Plan and execute production activities to meet the target are met in volume.
- Ensure wastages are reduced to the barest minimum percentage set by the management.
- Carry out proper checks on all supplies i.e raw materials e.t.c to ensure they meet the specification given,
- Carry our regular stock inventory to prevent stock out.
- Give regular production reports to the line Manager etc.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in Food Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to coordinate production process without supervision.
- Ability to forecast production trends.
- Attention to detail.
- Candidates must reside within the mainland and its environment.
