Position Overview

• As a Production Manager at our Company, you will play a critical role in overseeing our production processes, managing a team of skilled workers, and driving operational excellence.
• You will collaborate with various departments to optimize production schedules, implement process improvements, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff, including supervisors and line workers.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Continuously monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to meet production goals.
• Manage inventory levels and production budgets.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant fieldor equivalent work experience.
• 4 – 8 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in clothing and textile.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Understanding of quality control principles.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in production management software.
