JOB BRIEF

The ideal candidate is responsible for assisting the production supervisors and monitoring program schedules. They are also required to load and unload material from conveyors and machines and perform simple assembly tasks and in the quality control of production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Production Manager in planning and performing production related activities.
• Perform inventory management and report warehouse status to Production Manager.
• Assist Production Manager to develop production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations..
• Work with Manager in budget analysis and preparation.
• Assist the Production Manager to monitor and manage expenses within allotted budget.
• Ensure that manufactured product meets customer specifications.
• Communicate production updates and errors to Manager on regular basis.
• Communicate existing factory issues to Manager for immediate resolution.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS 

• Must have O’Level certificate 
• Being a fast learner.
• Having interpersonal skills.
• Being able to work in shifts.
• Having good communication skills.
• Being able to use measuring tools.
• Having problem solving skills.
• Being able to work alone or with a team.
