Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the [industry/sector] who could benefit from Vendease’s products and services Use various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate new leads
- Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and compelling sales presentations to showcase Vendease’s solutions and value proposition to potential clients Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and pain points
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with prospects to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions Maintain regular communication to nurture leads through the sales cycle
- Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new deals Work towards closing sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system Manage the sales pipeline efficiently and provide regular reports to sales management
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments Use this knowledge to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and align sales efforts with overall company goals
- Customer Success: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and ongoing customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, and objection handling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management
- Knowledge of the [industry/sector] and familiarity with related market trends
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
