DEPARTMENT: Production
RESPONSIBLE TO: Production In-charge (Printing)
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Shift Production
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To manage the production of the shift.
TASK PERFORMED:
- To ensure the print quality and shade of running jobs as per Quality standards and instructed Production schedule.
- To ensure the mixing of ink and solvent ratio as per instruction.
- Run the machine at the optimum output with good quality
- Focus on minimum wastage
- To meet the shift target.
- To maintain production log Book and parameter log sheet as per job
- To ensure check the size and thickness and treatment of input roll before loading on machine.
- To ensure the quality of the final roll from Q.A.
- Following GMP at the shop floor.
CONTACT/INTERACTION:
- Liaises continuously with Production In-charge and production staff.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Qualification: SSCE / HND / DIPLOMA
- Experience: 2-15years experience
