RESPONSIBLITIES

• Create lesson plans and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
• Teach various subjects according to the school curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students who need extra help.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, grades, and performance.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate students’ progress and address concerns.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
• Stay updated with educational trends and best practices.
• Serve as a mentor and role model to students, inspiring them to reach their full potential.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Teaching certification from the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).Added advantage
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian primary school curriculum.
• Experience in lesson planning and instructional delivery.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to work with diverse learners.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and teaching aids.
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents.
