Job Description
- Manage the executive’s or individual’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive or individual.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials for meetings, presentations, or events.
- Assist in the coordination and planning of events, meetings, conferences, and business trips.
- Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees, on behalf of the executive or individual.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the executive or individual as needed.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the executive or individual.
Requirements:
- OND/HND in related field
- 2-3years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and email.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional demeanor, with a positive and proactive attitude.
