About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Development: Build and execute paid media strategies that align with client goals across SEM, paid social, display, and video campaigns. Develop strategic roadmaps outlining current performance and next steps for optimization.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization to drive growth and improve ROAS.
  • Client Collaboration & Executive Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting clear, actionable insights and campaign performance reports directly to C-suite executives.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to develop and iterate on high-impact ad creatives. Ensure continual testing and evolution of creative assets to drive performance.
  • Campaign Execution & Support: Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube. Ensure campaigns are set up to deliver results aligned with client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with team members to support campaign management. Align the team on goals and drive towards success through collaboration and shared ideas.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize campaign budgets, maximizing the efficiency of client ad spend to hit aggressive ROAS and revenue targets.
  • Testing & Optimization: Champion continuous A/B testing of creative assets, bidding strategies, and other campaign elements to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in paid digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Excel, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Platform Expertise: Extensive experience managing and optimizing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the skill to present complex data in a simple, meaningful way to clients and executives.
  • Creative Collaboration: Experience working alongside creative teams, providing input on ad creatives that drive performance and align with campaign strategies.
