We are looking to hire an Operations Manager for our client, a luxury RTW fashion brand located in Lekki, Lagos. 

Job Responsibilities

• In charge of liaising with customers, handling returns and refunds, dealing with customer complaints.
• Oversee tailors and ensure they deliver orders on time and to quality. 
• Liaise with the logistics guys to deliver orders promptly. 
• Organize and manage advertising campaigns, deals and promos in collaboration with the marketing team. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• A university degree in any field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• friendly demeanor. 
• Must have an interest in fashion
