RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laundry business, ensuring efficient and effective processes. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Supervision of Cleaners: Manage and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring they adhere to company standards and deliver high-quality service. Provide training, guidance, and support to the cleaning staff.
  • Worker Mobility: Coordinate the mobility of workers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of laundry items. Manage schedules, transportation logistics, and ensure workers have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Client Relations: Maintain a clear understanding of client needs and expectations. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of cleaning supplies, detergents, and other materials. Ensure timely reordering and efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality for all laundry services. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations. Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect workers and clients.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures. Monitor expenses and optimize operations to achieve financial targets.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, including productivity metrics, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years Proven experience as an operations manager or in a similar role, preferably in the laundry or cleaning industry.
  • A degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of laundry operations, cleaning processes, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
