Responsibilities 

• Sourcing and maintaining vendor contracts.
• Janitors Management and Deployment
• Clients Management
• Invoicing and Payroll
• Inventory Management
• Purchasing of cleaning and pest control consumables
• Locations Inspections and Reporting
• Contingency Cleaning Management
• Fumigation /Pest Control Management
• Field inspection

Education, Qualification, and Experience

• OND / HND and Valid Driving License
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a Facility Management or Cleaning/Pest Control Companies

Skills and Competencies:

• Intermediate MS Excel user
• HSE knowledge
• Familiar with Pest Control and Cleaning Equipment
• Driving with a valid license will be an added advantage
• Presentation Skills
