- Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of operations management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
