- Monitor patient care and staff performance, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for all departments during the night, facilitating communication and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or arelated field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, withat least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with theability to work independently and make critical decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with hospital operations and emergency procedures.
