Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the dermatology field.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including medical spas, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the customer base and market presence.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) would be a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the dermatology field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of medical spas, dermatology, and pharmaceutical beauty products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
