Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company customer base
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts and keeping company innovative and competitive
  • Present sales, revenue, expense reports and annual forecasts to the management team/upper management.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Qualification

  • Minimum 15 to 25 years’ experience of Sales & Marketing functions
  • Experience of heading multi brand/product sales portfolio preferably at
  • national level in a big Company with proven track record of achievements.
  • Experience of developing sales strategies, new markets, distribution network, setting up new outlets, etc.
  • Nigeria experience is a must-have
  • Good leadership skills. Capable of leading team including Managers and staff employees
