Description 

  • Our company is looking for a National Sales Manager, whose primary responsibility is to oversee and lead the sales strategy and operations at a national level within the institutional segment.
  • This role also involves developing and implementing sales plans, setting targets, and managing a team of sales professionals.
  • The National Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders in government institutions, corporations and dealers to build and maintain partnerships for business growth, specifically, the sales of 3-wheeler commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring market trends, analyzing competitors, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and other departments
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the three-wheeler industry
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities in assigned territory
  • Preparing activation budgets, projections and expenditures
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our three-wheeler vehicles
  • Ensure planning and execution of BTL activities / demonstrations
  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensuring adherence to the achievement of monthly sales target
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients / prospects
  • Training and handholding the sales team
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management
  • Monitor the sales reach, plan and take corrective measures for growth
  • Adherence to network development and expansion plans
