Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess microbial quality and safety of products through regular sampling and testing.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address any deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.

Environmental Monitoring:

  • Implement and oversee environmental monitoring programs to ensure cleanliness and prevent contamination in production areas.
  • Investigate and address any microbiological issues in the production environment.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Method Development and Validation:

  • Contribute to the development and validation of microbiological testing methods.

Qualifications
