Material/Batching  Operator

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.
• Candidate must be a good team player and good teamwork skills.
• Must be smart, with good communication skills (written and oral).
• Candidate must be agile/willing to work and should not be above 32years of age
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn.
• Work hand in hand with the production supervisor.
• Ability to meet and surpass monthly targets.
• Must have strong project handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and with little or no supervision.
• to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confirm the quality and quantity of materials used for production.
  Informs the shift production supervisor on the needs for working tools and ensure proper controls and safekeeping of the tools.
• Escalates promptly according to existing escalation matrix any non-conformity observed during the production process.

Working Experience

• At least 1 or 2 years’ experience in any manufacturing environment.
