We are looking out to hire a reliable and well-experienced Marketing Specialist to join our capable team of professionals.

To be successful in this role, the marketing specialist would conduct market research, comprehend consumer trends and preferences, develop marketing strategies and analysis, supervise the production of marketing collateral, content, and copywriting, and carry out any other pertinent duties.

Job Description

  • Ability to effectively manage marketing operations, including producing and deploying marketing collateral, visibility materials in various formats, installing brand activation/experience points, and coordinating regulatory approvals for communication messages.
  • Manage brand activations/retail executions/market facing initiatives across various customer touchpoints, delivering on time and in full (OTIF).
  • lead marketing initiatives and activities through to completion while also having a captivating personality that makes them prominent with all functional stakeholders in a holding company or subsidiary structure.
  • Possesses core skills such as writing reports, developing marketing proposals, making presentations, coordinating alignment meetings, project meetings, operationalizing projects into deliverables, executing, logistics, and other marketing operations activities.
  • Possess a good background/training/experience from key marketing discipline and/or allied sectors such as events/retail/activation agencies, creative agency, experiential agencies, etc.
  • Sound commercial acumen, able to justify marketing activities in terms of ROI and business value.
  • Conduct research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze customers/ farmers ‘ buying habits and preferences.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (online and Offline).
  • Manage campaign budget and timelines.
  • Create engaging and informative content for marketing materials for Agbeyewa Farms (website, social media emails, etc.).
  • Write persuasive copy for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns and develop email content.
  • Manage and analyze website traffic and performance.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using data and metrics.
  • Recommend changes and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Collaborate with the designers, web developers, and marketing teams.
  • Communicate marketing goals and strategies effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies in the Agribusiness landscape.

Qualifications

  • BSc/ MSc degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing preferably in Agribusiness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Adept with the Microsoft suite and software as well as digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Knowledgeable about the most recent developments and recommended procedures in internet marketing and measurements in Agribusiness.
