JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels.
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners, and social platforms, and designing brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Design and implement strategic media and communication plans for the organization, ensuring successful deployment of all the plans.
- Develop and implement unique promotional marketing campaign ideas to market the company’s products, services, and overall brand identity.
- Coordinate press activities and productions for shoots, commercials, and short documentaries.
- Build and maintain a positive public image for Hush’D, Sparadise, and 247 Delivery.
- Conduct market research to determine the target audience’s needs, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
- Research previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what can be improved.
- Review the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships seen prospective and existing brand ambassadors, stakeholders, agencies, and media firms and ensure maximum publicity for Hush’D.
- Responsible for leading the department’s strategic and operational tasks.
- Effective management of reputation and crisis risks.
- Manage internal and external communications of the organization ensuring that the message is consistent and engaging.
- Confer with MD to identify trends and provide advice on business decisions.
- Manage the company’s website and make periodic updates to all pricing information.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
- BSc/HND/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Brand Management.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, and statistical and data analysis methods.
- Experienced in executing Digital media campaigns, and content marketing tailored to multiple platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading aacross-channelsmarketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaignsNumerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
