About the job
- The Marketing manager will coordinate the efforts of the marketing team to grow our inbound sales channels and build and maintain a strong and consistent company brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
- Develop and execute an annual comprehensive marketing and advertising activities plan to support strategic activities, investor relations and key programs.
- The plan will include media relations, social media management, content strategy and management, external publications, management of all websites, and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives; Craft strategies for all Marketing aspects, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Conduct market research in seeking out new opportunities, key stakeholders and work across customer organizations to identify opportunities, upsell, and close deals
- Ensure the company brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Prioritize and qualify incoming leads from different sources: Website, Call sales Number, Chat, Physical and Online Events
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Understand customer requirements and product capabilities on a business and technical level to effectively communicate the unique benefits of Cloud solutions and appropriately set expectations;
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Develop and deliver custom presentations on solutions;
- Create marketing reports and keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of campaigns
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness; Participate in trade shows, convention and promotional events;
- Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Meet and exceed company targets;
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Collaborate and help define business approach with Sales/marketing Specialists in your team;
- Drive operational excellence in marketing leadership across all business segments;
- Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.)
- Excellent technology skills, including experience working with CRMs, Mailchimp, graphic design software, publishing, web software (WordPress), and all social media platforms.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google AdWords.
- Exceptional knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office.
- Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication
- 7+ years relevant work experience
- Strong written and oral skills
- Experienced leader and collaborator
