Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
Brand Management:
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website content, and social media posts.
- Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Design and execute customer acquisition campaigns, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, partnerships, and community outreach.
- Implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders to extend the company’s reach.
- Develop co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns with partners to maximize impact.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on marketing spend and campaign performance.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for social impact and experience working with underserved communities is a plus.
