General Objective:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for the company.
• Interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions to support execution.
• Set out clear market and category KPIs for each innovation, and concept in relations with consumer insights.
• Plan and manage marketing budget, control the A&P spends/ratios to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Responsibilities:

• Lead NPDs from idea generation to market launch.
• Track and analyze market/consumer trends to drive innovations.
• Provide the sales team with quality data and insights, and actively participate in commercial meetings.
• Conduct market research to monitor competition activities (products, services, prices, promotions etc)
• Create sustainable relationships with key suppliers, vendors, advertising agencies and other relevant stakeholders.
• Active involvement in the quality standards procedure of the company.
• Collaborating with Human Resource in hiring marketing teams and training them.
• Participate at trade fairs and exhibitions to promote OFIL’s products and offering.

Competence & Skills Required

• BA, B.sc in marketing or any related discipline
• Experience: 10 Years
• Sound knowledge of the dairy/drinks category is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully managing brand engagement and achieving sustainable in-market results and long-term brand equity growth.
• Commercial skills/consumer prospection, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of marketing digital space.
• Understanding of project management.
