•  As a Marketing executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our clientsdiverse range of services. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative individual to gain hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to the growth and success of our clients company.

Key Responsibilities

• With support develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition across our clients HR, cleaning service, and corporate gifting divisions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and customer preferences in the target market.
• Create engaging content for marketing collateral, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Currently undergoing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Nigeria.
• Strong passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
