Marketing Associate needed at Consistent Microfinance Bank Limited

Role Overview

• As the Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for contributing to the execution and planning of marketing &advertising initiatives.
• As a marketing associate, you will play a key role in optimizing marketing strategies to achieve revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention, and account value.

 Duties & Responsibilities

• Track and report on the total revenue generated from all marketing activities.
• Monitor the number of new accounts opened as a direct result of marketing efforts.
• Measure and analyze the customer loyalty and satisfaction as well as developing strategies to improve retention rates.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the microfinance industry and market trends.
• Conduct competition benchmarking, analyze customer adoption and usage and utilize the research to develop marketing strategies across all platforms.
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.

 Competencies and Requirements

•  Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft office 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
