Job Summary / Purpose
- Coordinate the Marketing and Public Relations functions for Lancaster University Ghana, TAGmyFuture and TAG College to develop brand awareness and increase attractiveness for the target audience.
- Support the Marketing and PR Manager to undertake all Marketing and Social media activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Nigeria related content for the website and the other digital platforms.
- Manage all social media platforms for TAG College & TAGMyFuture.
- Organise Pre-event communications to invite prospective students to event’s across online (email and affiliate web) and offline communications.
- Build relationships with industry, businesses, NGOäó»s and Not for Profit Organisations in Ghana and abroad.
- Represent the company to prospective employers and seek appropriate new placement opportunities both nationally and internationally.
- Develop and nurture on-going relationships with, Corporates, Embassies, NGO’s etc. to ensure long term partnership and ROI.
- Attend corporate networking events.
- Organise Corporate events such as the Business Breakfast etc
- Develop PR campaigns and strategies as well as track and report the performance and impact of relevant advertising activities.
- Assist in school visits, career expos, graduation functions, educational fairs, open days, networking events, and exhibitions.
- Monitor and manage online campaigns and put together comprehensive post-campaign reports.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant sales and marketing information to the department/Line Manager
- Provide reports pertaining to effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead analysis, lead target achievements, competitor analysis and market intelligence, or any other ad hoc reports as requested by line Manager.
- Investigate, research, and prepare reports on key marketing issues and undertake market research, competitor analysis, statistical and trend analyses as directed.
- Work with Marketing Manager/Head to undertake research and market analysis to support on
- LUG’s business plans/strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationship with different media agencies and develop key messages for LUG’s media landscape.
- Assists in the design and/or production of marketing materials and managing the stock of collaterals.
- Closely monitor competitive presence and industry trends across various message boards, business newsletters and social media.
- Keep and maintain detailed and accurate records of all stakeholder engagement, SLAs, MOUs, and employers.
- Develop comprehensive corporate and employer relations strategy.
- Identify and keep up to date on competitor activities in relation to corporate relationships and activities.
Other Duties:
- Perform other tasks as and when required.
Reporting Requirements:
- Post-campaign follow-up communications and ROI reporting
- Reporting on campaigns, ROI and industry best practises
- Weekly Marketing & PR updates with Line Manager
- Submit monthly Marketing &PR report
- Submit quarterly Marketing & PR report for Board Pack;

Requirements
Educational/Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or related fields.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a sales or marketing role preferably in the higher education field.
Technical:
- Significant working knowledge in Marketing, PR and emerging marketing trends;
- Excellent research, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Significant knowledge in brand management;
- Strong business and marketing acumen;
- Proposal writing skills;
- Good Knowledge of digital marketing;
- Good Content Creation Skills
- Creative
Planning and Organising Skills required:
- Experience of planning, prioritizing and organising work on daily, weekly and monthly basis, individually and as part of a team, while ensuring the effective use of resources and delivering to tight deadlines;
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience of managing a large range of different stakeholders;

- Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills;
