Marketers are responsible for working with other marketing staff to develop unique campaign ideas to market a company’s products, services or overall brand identity. Their duties:

• Complete market research to identify target audience demographics or reviewing previously successful marketing campaigns to accomplish tasks by setting deadlines and making adjustments throughout marketing campaigns to achieve better engagement from consumers.

• Communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales

• Be the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

• Selling products to prospective supermarket customers.

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
