Job Description

• The Innovation Manager will help with Idea generation, evaluation, and implementation to enable a culture and internal framework that drives accelerated innovation across the Group.
• Provide digital R&D capability for Stanbic IBTC Group providing insights on customer journeys, customer behavior analysis, industry analysis, and local and global competition.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a First Degree in any field with applicable analytical certifications
• Minimum of 4 years experience
• Experience in management of complex operations, ideally within the financial service sector
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Design thinking methodologies, process/project management, and application Agile methodologies are required
