Objectives

  • The Loss Prevention/Customer Care officer supports the Store Supervisor and Store Team in executing their daily task in the store.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Check movement of stocks and humans in the store including shop lifters.
  • Constant Observation of the stocks kept on the shelves.
  • Handle incidents & discrepancies.
  • Be actively involved in the stock-taking process.
  • Cross-check customers’ receipts at the exit.
  • Handle issues relating to rift, fights, indiscipline, etc.
  • Assist in preparing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Manage queue.
  • Help in Reduction in the loss percentage /pilferage.
  • Maintain the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 – 10 years relevant work experience.
