Legal Officer needed at Vesti

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Officer to join our team in the migration industry. The ideal candidate will provide legal support and guidance on matters related to immigration, compliance, and international regulations. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on immigration policies, procedures, and regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to immigration services.
• Review and oversee client immigration applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure that all migration services are delivered in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
• Must be a licensed and practicing attorney with at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of immigration law and regulations, both local and international.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with government authorities and clients.
• High ethical standards, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
