Job Summary

- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
- Coordinate menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies
- Ensure efficient use of resources, minimizing waste and reducing costs
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and specials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food safety certification (HACCP or equivalent)
