Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Port Harcourt.
  • The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of key accounts, creating and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and seeking out new business opportunities.
  • The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements, and reporting these findings to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Account Management: Experience in managing key accounts and providing excellent customer service
  • Business Planning: Ability to create and implement effective business plans
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and ability to build a strong relationship with customers
  • Key Accounts: Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and develop long-term relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the power and process industry would be an added advantage
