Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, including staff and event organizers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Familiarity with virtual server environments.
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with WPA2 and other Wi-Fi protocols.
- Understanding of TCP/IP for networking.
- Knowledge of Azure or other related cloud environments is an added advantage.
