Job Summary
- The Internal Sales and Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, building strong relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and generate new sales leads.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
- Develop and submit quotations to customers and diligently follow up to nurture potential leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Lead the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, RFQs, and DRFQs in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines
- Assess potential clients to determine their needs and fit with our products or services.
- Enable competitive offer submissions by strategically managing the procurement process.
- Manage house accounts, generating leads and diligently following up to convert them into purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in internal sales and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
- Proximity to the Island is recommended.
